This report, the first in the series, has been produced by a Law Society project team assessing the size, shape and nature of the legal services market, along with an analysis of drivers of change likely to influence the market of the future. It includes analysis of materials relating to the legal services market as a whole from supply and demand perspectives, and including all providers of legal services. The report provides a thorough synthesis of a broad range of sources of information about the market, and its submarkets, which are likely to be of interest to the Society's members, non-solicitor suppliers and others interested in the dynamics of legal services provision.
