The report presents a summary of all the written and oral submissions before the consultation panel on the subject of equal pay for equal work. The role of the Consultation Panel on Pay Equity in Ontario was to listento all sides of the issue; to find out the concerns of various groups; andto encourage participants to offer their ideas on effective implementation.
