Tenure and Promotion for Academic Librarians

For both new librarians and experienced veterans of the profession, the tenure and promotion process is often a mystery. There are so many uncertainties about building a dossier that accurately reflects one's contributions to the field and that the members of a promotion committee can send forward with pride.
This work is a systematic guide to successfully navigating the tenure and promotion process.
