Health Care Related to Abuse, Assault, Neglect and Family Violence

The purpose of these guidelines is to provide a comprehensive definition of requirements for services in health institutions. They will help to identify problems related to administration, personnel, equipment and facilities; determine necessary remedial action; and set priorities for corrective measures on the basis of clinical need, funding and the degree to which the service is deficient.
