An unnoticed Paris kidnapping sets off events that forces the U.S. and Russia to the edge of nuclear war.

A hacker named Guccifer steals a top secret U.S. military weapon. With it, he destroys the White House, the Kremlin, then hijacks the Internet. Russia and the U.S. blame each other, fulfilling Guccifer's objective.
