Jacob Davis was the first known ancestor of this branch of the Davis family. He married before 1786, and his son Moses (1786-1870) married Jemima Singley and died in Gwyneed Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Includes Carr, Hall, Howard, Marryman and related families.
