Managing the Mature Workforce

The purpose of this report is to uncover the degree to which labor shortages and aging workforce issues are being recognized by corporations, and to discover what is being done to address them in terms of best practices. Representing a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, it also includes case study interviews with human resources, legal, and benefits executives within five companies, interviews with 25 additional Fortune 500 company executives, and findings from corporate briefings conducted by members of The Conference Board's Mature Workforce advisory team.
