Representing a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, it also includes case study interviews with human resources, legal, and benefits executives within five companies, interviews with 25 additional Fortune 500 company executives, and findings from corporate briefings conducted by members of The Conference Board's Mature Workforce advisory team.
