Returning to Care

Returning to Care examines whether the situations of children who reentered care within one year of discharge differed in any way from those of children who did not. The book considers information on the characteristics of the children, the children's placement experiences, caregiver characteristics, social worker assessments of the children and caregivers, service needs and provisions, and social worker characteristics.
