Census Counts for Small Areas

Counts of persons and dwellings at legal local government areas (LGAS), statistical divisions (SDs), statistical local areas (SLAs), statistical subdivisions (SSDs), and urban centres/localities (UC/Ls) with a time series comparing 1986 and 1991 census counts where possible. Includes maps showing statistical division and statistical local area boundaries. In this publication people are counted where they were located on census night, which may not have been where they usually live. All private dwellings were counted, whether occupied or unoccupied.
