Many people have a misunderstanding about social interaction, thinking that being able to speak means being able to communicate. In fact, the strength of communication ability is not determined by how well you can speak, but by whether you can say it just right, so that people can admire and feel comfortable, and so that people can accept it with conviction.
Being able to speak, opening the chatterbox and not being able to shut it off, and speaking fluently and endlessly, is not necessarily useful. People who really know how to communicate may not say much, but every word is like gold, touching the other person's heart, and they can easily get the results they want. This is the art of communication with high emotional intelligence.
