The Great Desert Race

In 1908, automobiles were very new, and few people knew how to drive them. But Trudy likes a challenge, and the new ABCO steam-powered car is "easy as A-B-C." Given a chance, she and her friend Alberta learn to drive and repair the ABCO, and compete in the two-day Great Mountain to Desert Race.
