The document includes summaries of reports and studies by provincial, territorial and municipal governments, as well as non-governmental organizations. For each government and organization, the summaries are arranged in chronological order according to date of publication allowing the reader to trace the evolution of public policy thinking in each government and organization over time. This volume also includes subject and author indexes.
