A little over half of the work (635 p.) deals with the descendants of Robert Dickey (ca. 1463-1536) of Glasgow, Scotland and his wife Elizabeth Auchincloss, daughter of James Auchincloss. Descendants migrated to Northern Ireland (1620's) and later generations went to the US and settled in Pennsylvania, Illinois, and the southern US.
