Welcome to Musket Beach, a sleepy vilage and resort o the north coast of Oregon, where Tony Pratt, freelance copywriter and wife Pat, a financial consultant, try to unwind on weekends and summer vacations. Normally the only troublesome aspect of Fourth of July Weekend - aside from the usual balky weather - is the influx of a crowd of tourists for the annual Sandcastle Festival.
