The Draft

Taking place in Marvel's New Universe, where the destruction of Pittsburgh was supposedly orchestrated by foreign paranormal terrorists, President Reagan orders the reinstitution of the draft in 1988. Its unstated purpose is to establish a fighting force of soldiers with superhuman abilities.
