The Man In The Polders

Two friends enjoying a reunion walk along the bleak coast of East Anglia find their recreation interrupted by the discovery of the body of a man in the shallows.

What began as a time of peaceful reflection at the closing of the year became the trigger for a series of events which involved a young woman, her brother, a detective faced with protocol and deception while tackling two apparently unrelated deaths, and the complexity and subterfuge of international crime.

What evolves is a gripping and disturbing account of the battle between the hunter and the hunted, and of the conflicts within criminal groups which lead to betrayal and treason.
