Fetus!!!

A small Virginia town has a secret that not even its residents know: aborted fetuses are being deposited on private property owned by a chemical research corporation. The result- instead of the fetuses decomposing underground, the exposure to this chemical waste nurtures and revives them, acting as a mother's womb. What follows is a horrific rampage through town by creatures reborn as a result of illegal dumping and how a private investigator, Tom Adams, confronts the living hell created by a seemingly unstoppable adversary.
