Queen Elizabeth II

To celebrate Queen Elizabeth II's Golden Jubilee, the British Library, in association with Royal Mail, has published this jubilee portrait of Her Majesty as depicted in stamps. The book is illustrated with the stamps produced in Britain and the Commonwealth during the period of Queen Elizabeth II's reign to commemorate the key events in her life and that of her family. Also included are stamps that have been designed or illustrated by members of the Royal Family, such as those featuring the Prince of Wales's watercolour paintings. The books also describes the elaborate and skilful processes that go into the design and production of all British stamps.
