This book is a collection of photographs taken in southern Finland and dialogue poems prompted by the images. The inspiration for this collection is the concept of optimal distinctiveness; humans have both a desire to be unique and a need to connect with each other in groups. The pairing of photographs and poems based on the author's life memories present one particular view of how our environment and life experiences shape our world.
