The Art of Magisterium

This book is about church teaching authority, its exercise, and how the faithful, particularly theologians, relate to and understand it. It explores a number of pertinent questions and debates relating to this field. Its overall intention is constructivetoward encouraging a more dialogical and participatory understanding and exercise of ecclesial magisterium that involve the laity and theologians in a more active and influential fashion than has been the case in recent decades.
