The true story of Ricky McGinn, who in 1993 brutally raped his 12-year-old stepdaughter and murdered her with an axe. Convicted of this crime and sentenced to death--while under suspicion of two unsolved murders--McGinn's execution was stayed by then Texas governor George W. Bush for McGinn's DNA to be tested.
