Into the Blue

A passageway has opened into a realm meant to be visited only after death: The Blue. Novelist Jake Conroy dies and is miraculously resuscitated; having shattered the veil that has blinded him from the blue, he will never be the same. He returns home to Texas' Bolivar Peninsula accompanied by the ghost of an old bluesman named Spoons. He is joined by Jessie, a beaten exotic dancer on the run from madman Shank Thorbern; Lacy, a refreshing surprise on the humid Texas coastline; and Dale, Jake's longtime friend and reluctant agent. With Spoons as his guide, Jake embarks on an extraordinary journey to uncover the ancient truth that threatens everyone close to him.
