A Team-based Learning Guide for Faculty in the Health Professions

Team-based Learning is a unique pedagogy designed to engage students in active learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Students receive immediate feedback in their learning through readiness assurance testing and application exercises. Students also learn and develop skills needed to work in teams and to teach each other as they work thorough team assignments.
