The Dining in New York City selection highlights culinary luminaries from Tribeca pioneers David and Karen Waltuck, to rising star April Bloomfield as well as 3 star Michelin chefs Eric Ripert, Jean Goerge Vongerichten and Thomas Keller.
The 256 pages are interspersed with articles by noted food writers from both sides of the Atlantic. They include, Vogue's Jeffrey Steingarten; 3 Michelin-starred De Librije co-owner and author Therese Boer and Reed Business Publications Ronald Huiskamp, among others.
