Clinical Mentoring

Final report of a project funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services under the Encouraging Better Practice in Aged Care Program. The Clinical Mentoring: From Evidence-Base to Outcomes for Older People project researched the effectiveness of the clinical mentoring model in residential and community aged care services in bringing about workplace and practice change as well as positive clinical outcomes for older people.
