Canadian Women's Issues

In this second volume of a two-volume set, Ruth Roach Pierson and Marjorie Griffin Cohen focus on five issues that have been central to women's activism during the past 25 years.
The book comprises a series of essays divided thematically--the domestic sphere, paid work, education and training, economic policy, global issues--followed by illustrative historical documents. Photographs and other visual materials complement the essays, and an extensive bibliography surveys further reading.
