Possibilities Leader

According to Carkhuff and Berenson, possibilities management is based on a vision and a process that is continuously changing and growing. Five organizational paradigms are presented for possibilities management: information relating systems, information representing systems, individual processing systems, interpersonal processing systems, and interdependent processing systems. Each chapter features a case study and how a specific paradigm relates to the problem. Charts, illustrations, and tables are also used to reinforce concepts. Includes a summary section.
