This Handbook deals with the traditional topics of Italian Business Law (entrepreneur and companies) from a perspective that, where possible, considers the intersection of the legal subject with economic, business and quantitative aspects, offering readers a broader framework. The hope is that it will be useful for English-language courses taught in Italian universities and serve as an introduction to Italian business law for business operators. The Handbook is accompanied by an extensive set of slides, available in electronic format, useful for supporting the teaching activity.
