Born to Save

This Advent/Christmas study has five sessions, one for each Sunday of Advent, plus Christmas or other time when the study group meets. The readings are taken from the Revised Common Lectionary, using the NRSV. The Old Testament, Epistle, and Gospel readings are used each lesson. Each reading is related to the theme of the session in which it appears and to the seasons of Advent and Christmas. A brief exegesis and commentary are provided for each reading.
