Lonely Boxer is a novella in vignettes. It deals with the themes of depression, loneliness, violence and morals.
Recently released from jail, Lonely Boxer resumes his training regime. After all, this is the only place he feels comfortable - in the ring. And when a title fight between himself and the world's most popular boxer, Famous Rafael, is announced, Lonely asks himself; will he be able to overcome his opponent? Along the way he'll have to contend against an indifferent psychologist, an unreliable best friend, and an abusive mother. Will he be able to overcome all of these challenges and become the World Champ?
