The Life and Times of Carl Arthur Werner

This is an autobiography of a man who served as an engineer in the Combat Engineers during WW II. His experiences are interesting. He went on to work for the California Department of Water Resources and raised a family of five. He lost his oldest son in Vietnam and wrote his own history until 1996.
