The Friendly Monster

Sometimes monsters are not what they seem. Sometimes they are just scary looking. Sophie's school is next to a monster school. They both share the same playground but never interact because their recess is at different times. In Sophies school, Sophie doesn't have a lot of friends. In fact, she's bullied. She gives up hope of ever making a friend. That is until one day she ventures outside the world that she knows to discover that monsters may be friendly after all.
