Leap'N'Lou Moving to the Treehouse

Two mice, Leap'N'Lou, are loving sisters. They love family and friends and helping others. In this book, they move from their City flat to a treehouse by the sea, top end, outback, Australia.This book is set around handmade characters and scenes, designed and created using handmade products. Julie's is a miniature artist. Dried organic materials, natural plant fibres, clay, balsa and basswood, golden cane palm fronds, acrylic and pastil paints, wool for felting, cardboard and plant based eco-friendly resin. Each page of illustration has taken approximately 60 or more to make items, build scenes and photograph each page to create this visual journey.
