Go Out and Play: The Recreational Parks of Lebanon County, PA explores a rich tradition of having fun, playing and becoming one with nature in a small rural area in south central Pennsylvania. Some draw visitors to water. Some draw visitors to the beauty of their landscape. Some draw visitors with fun and games. But all combine recreation and nature. Lebanon County is home to more than a dozen recreational parks. All have rich futures and most have promising futures. Getting out of doors is becoming more and more important for our culture. Many of Lebanon County's municipalities have responded to this ever-growing need and have committed time, money and resources to our overall health through recreational parks.
