Four young children, George, Charlie, Evie, and Tillie are on holiday with their grandparents, Dave and Sue, in the Norwegian Fjords. While they are skimming pebbles on the calm sea, they are approached by a seal they know as Plunge. Plunge the Seal, and other marine creatures along with the land mammals in the area are having a massive problem with plastic and rubbish waste disposal which is causing injury and health issues. Unfortunately, this is a worldwide problem. Plunge the seal asks the gobsmacked children and grandparents for their help at Doctor Belugas marine hospital. They ask Plunge, why he has chosen them. Plunge the seal replies. "Because you have wonderful things called hands."
