On the Road to Perdition

Following further tales from the book "Road to Perdition, award-winning author Max Allan Collins revisits the "Angel of Death" and his son. Michael O'Sullivan (and his young wheelman, Michael Jr.) loot the Kansas City mob's monthly payoff to local crooked politicos and upper-echelon cops. Meanwhile, Connor Looney--in Frank Nitti's protective custody--escapes from house arrest. The younger Looney, tired of being cooped up and a sitting duck, decides to take the O'Sullivan problem into his own hands. Nitti summons the Two Jacks to retrieve Connor Looney, before the homicidal hothead gets himself slaughtered by O'Sullivan...setting up a collison course between the Two Jacks and the O'Sullivans, over whether Connor is killed or returned to Nitti's care.
