The Topsy-Turvies

Mr. and Mrs. Topsy-Turvy, and their children Fern and Vern, are the most fun babysitters in the world. Lucy certainly isn't complaining when her mother asks the Topsy-Turvies to watch her -- in no time at all she's drawing on the floor and watching TV standing on her head just like the rest of the family. This is a laugh-out-loud delight chock-full of candy-colored artwork and old fashioned silliness.
