Izzy Newton has a problem with her goal shooting in basketball. While recovering from a broken leg, she learns of her namesake, Isaac Newton, and his work on the law of gravity. While searching for information on Isaac Newton on a computer in the library, Izzy finds herself communicating directly with the man himself, across 300 years and through some form of Internet time warp.
