Songs of Rebirth

"Songs of Rebirth," the 2022 album by Jeremy Siskind and his Housewarming Project trio gives 22 perspectives on the nature of beginning again, ranging from mythology to philosophy to personal post-Covid struggling.

This book contains Siskind's original charts from the album as well as transcriptions of five of Siskind's improvised solos. Siskind shares his lyrical and musical inspirations for each piece as well as stories from the recording sessions in the book's introduction.

The album also features vocalist Nancy Harms (who also is responsible for the cover art) and woodwind player Lucas Pino, who performs on saxophone, clarinet, and bass clarinet.
