Fishery resources along a 185-mile segment of the trans- Alaska pipeline route between the Yukon River and Atigun Pass are described. Of 209 waters surveyed in 1971, 110 supported fish. In general, all streams that had a permanent flow of water in a defined channel and no barriers supported fish. Of 19 species present in the study area, Arctic grayling, slimy sculpin, and round whitefish were most common.
