The Hartwells of America

William Hartwell (1613-1690) was born in Kent, England. He settled at Concord, Massachusetts, probably in 1636. He was the father of two sons and three daughters. Descendants lived in Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Illinois, California, Missouri, Minnesota, Texas, Michigan, Alabama, Idaho, Washington, Canada and elsewhere.
